Melbourn Science Park offers office, lab and shared working space as well as meeting and events space. Located just 20 minutes from Cambridge and less than an hour from Central London by train, the Park is within the Cambridgeshire Tech Cluster – the largest in Europe. Plans have been submitted for a master plan to redevelop Melbourn Science Park and provide world-class lab and coworking, leased and managed office space for science and tech businesses, from start-ups to international R&D centres. Featuring biophilic, wellbeing-orientated and flexible design, the vision is to refurbish three existing buildings on the Park, and create six new builds. There will be additional investment into an electric vehicle-ready parking hub and cycle store, cycle hire and shared travel infrastructure, designed with the support of specialist highways consultants.
